Hi, I’m Honey Lansdowne and I’m an experienced hypnotherapist and hypnosis trainer based in West Sussex, UK. 


As the only licensed trainer for The Simpson Protocol in UK & India, I'm delighted that you are here to find out more.  It's an advanced style of hypnosis which helps clients to access superconcious and higher mind for healing and change on emotional, physical, spiritual, emotional and soul levels. 


I first learnt it with Ines Simpson in 2016 and since then have spent a lot of time with Ines to deepen my understanding. 


You can learn The Simpson Protocol with me worldwide online or in person (in the UK). If you are new to hypnotherapy, you can learn this and work with clients straight after your training. If you are an existing hypnotherapist, once you start working this way, you'll wonder what you did before!

What I do 

  • In 121 and group work, I specialise in helping women & teenage girls with self-esteem, confidence, anxiety and depression.
  • Over the years, I have also done a lot of stop smoking and weight loss sessions. I have recently helped more women with adhd and menopause support.
  • Most of the work I do is around self discovery and helping you to develop a better relationship with yourself (because in my 20 years experience, that's where most issues reside)
  • My signature package is working with women for 4 hours to take them feeling disconnected with themselves and lacking a sense of self to feeling inspired, confident and full of self confidence. It's personal development, the holistic way. All from the comfort of your own home. 
  • When I train people in hypnosis, NLP, I don't hold back. I give you all the information, support and confidence that you need to be your best. I have the full spectrum of direct hypnosis to full on spiritual.
  • I offer 90 day mentoring packages to support new and existing hypnotherapists with their business & marketing and confidence. Grow yourself and your business.
  • I always have and always will, offer some sort of free support, because I strongly believe in personal development for everyone.
